Prepare v2017.01

- Fix defconfigs for v2017.01 -
  DISTRO_DEFAULTS (and remove CMD_PXE, MENU)
  !DISPLAY_BOARDINFO
- Remove CONFIG_CMD_NAND, CONFIG_SYS_NAND_SELF_INIT
  from board file
- Various SPI fixes
