Ye.Li 9598f8c30c imx: imximage: Add QuadSPI boot support ...

Add QuadSPI boot support to imximage tool.

Note: The QuadSPI configuration parameters at offset 0x400 are not
included in this patch. Need other tools to generate the parameters
part.
