This patch adds support for the Qualcomm QUP SPI controller that is commonly found in most of Qualcomm SoC-s.
Driver currently supports v1.1.1, v2.1.1 and v2.2.1 HW.
FIFO and Block modes are supported, no support for DMA mode is planned.

Communication with some SPI slaves just won't cut it if these delays
(before the beginning, and after the end of a transfer) are not added to
the Chip Select signal.

This patch adds a basic group of devicetrees, one for each
cpu family, including actually just uart and dspi devices,
since these are the drivers supporting devicetree (support
added in this patch-set).

Linux bindings have been introduced in the code (removing the U-Boot
specific ones) without documentation update. Compatible string has
changed, as well as the four GPIO properties. Reflect this by updating
the soft-spi.txt documentation.

Now zynq spi driver platform data is controlled by devicetree,
enable the status by saying "okay" on respective board dts to use
the devicetree generated platdata.
