ppc: qemu: Fix CONFIG_SYS_PCI_MAP_END
CONFIG_SYS_PCI_MAP_END currently points to 0xe8000000, which means
the upper end of the virtual address mapped to PCI bus address ends
at 0xe8000000. But this is wrong as the CCSBAR was already mapped
at 0xe0000000 with a 1 MiB size.
