fs: btrfs: Select SHA256 in Kconfig

Since commit 565a4147d1 ("fs: btrfs: Add more checksum algorithms")
btrfs uses the sha256 checksum algorithm. But Kconfig lacks to select
it. This leads to compilation errors:
