configs: stm32: Remove CONFIG_OF_EMBED

Browse Source 
Building with CONFIG_OF_EMBED generates build warnings, as it should
only be used for debugging purposes.

Remove CONFIG_OF_EMBED from all stm32 config files which are using
this flag.
