iocon / bamboo: Drop CONFIG_SYS_LONGHELP
The iocon and bamboo boards are often on the verge of, or going over, their allowed size limits depending on toolchain used. If we turn off CONFIG_SYS_LONGHELP we can gain approximately 14KiB back.
