Add tests for perf event array with and without BPF_F_PRESERVE_ELEMS. Add a perf event to array via fd mfd. Without BPF_F_PRESERVE_ELEMS, the perf event is removed when mfd is closed. With BPF_F_PRESERVE_ELEMS, the perf event is removed when the map is freed. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
