Since FCoE isn't supported by the i40e products there isn't much point in carrying around code that will always evaluate to false. This patch goes through and strips out the code in several spots so that we don't go around carrying variables and/or code that is always going to evaluate to false or 0. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
