The ISR reads interrupts-enable mask, but doesn't utilize it. Apply the mask to the interrupt status and don't handle interrupts that MC driver haven't asked for. Kernel would disable spurious MC IRQ and report the error. This would happen only in a case of a very severe bug. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
