Liu, Zhan bdd1a21b52 drm/amd/display: Fix B0 USB-C DP Alt mode 
[Why]
Starting from B0, along with RDPCSTX, RDPCSPIPE registers are also used.

[How]
Make sure RDPCSPIPE registers are programmed correctly.
