On sm8250 videocc requires MMCX power domain to be powered up before clock controller's registers become available. For now sm8250 was using external regulator driven by the power domain to describe this relationship. Switch into specifying power-domain and required opp-state directly. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
