Pull btrfs fix from David Sterba: "Here's a last minute fix for a regression introduced in this development cycle. There's a small chance of a silent corruption when device replace and NOCOW data writes happen at the same time in one block group. Metadata or COW data writes are unaffected. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
