Pull ARM defconfig updates from Arnd Bergmann: "Various updates for the 32-bit and 64-bit defconfig files, mostly to enable additional hardware drivers for more machines, specifically for the Allwinner F1C100, Altera SoCFPGA, Broadcom, Microchip, Qualcomm, Airoha, Tegra, Renesas, and i.NX. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
