The rmii_internal clock is needed only when PHY interface is RMII, and reference clock is from MAC. Re-arrange the clock setting as following: 1. the optional "rmii_internal" is controlled by devm_clk_get(), 2. other clocks still be configured by devm_clk_bulk_get(). ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
