When host driver retrieves mac addresses from dongle, driver copies memory from drvr->mac to perm_addr. But at the moment, drvr->mac is all zero array which causes permanent MAC address in wiphy is all zero as well. To fix this, we set drvr->mac before setting perm_addr. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
