Add do_mark_test(), which is to do_ecn_test() like do_drop_test() is to do_red_test(): meant to test that actions on the RED mark qevent block are offloaded, and executed on ECN-marked packets. The test splits install_qdisc() into its constituents, install_root_qdisc() and install_qdisc_tcX(). This is in order to test that when mirroring is enabled on one TC, the other TC does not mirror. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
