The pm qos NO_POWER_OFF flag is checked twice during usb device suspend
to see if the usb port power off condition is met. This is redundant and
also will prevent the port from being powered off if the NO_POWER_OFF
flag is changed to 1 from 0 after the device was already suspended.

The hub driver's usb_port_suspend() routine doesn't handle errors
related to Link Power Management properly. It always returns failure,
it doesn't try to clean up the wakeup setting, (in the case of system
sleep) it doesn't try to go ahead with the port suspend regardless,
and it doesn't try to apply the new power-off mechanism.
This patch fixes these problems.
Note: Sarah fixed this patch to apply against 3.11, since the original
commit (4fae6f0fa8 "USB: handle LPM errors
during device suspend correctly") called usb_disable_remote_wakeup,
which won't be added until 3.12.
This patch should be backported to kernels as old as 3.5, that
contain the commit 8306095fd2 "USB:
Disable USB 3.0 LPM in critical sections.". There will be merge
conflicts, since LTM wasn't added until 3.6.

This patch removes the dgnc_proc.c and dgnc_proc.h files and all
references to proc functions in dgnc_driver.c. This also removes proc.h
from the include headers in driver.c, mgmt.c and sysfs.c and proc.o
from the Makefile.
Drivers now use sysfs instead of proc.

Function regulator_enable() may return an error that has to be checked.
This patch changes function rfkill_regulator_set_block() so that it checks
for the return code. Also, rfkill_data->reg_enabled is set to 'true' only
if there is no error.
This fixes the following compilation warning:

scripts/package/builddeb is used to create Debian packages.
Currently the firmware package always gets the same version number
irrespective of the Kernel version.
The paths inside the firmware package depend on the Kernel
version.
With the patch supplied the Kernel version becomes part of the
Debian firmware package number.

Remove unneeded error handling on the result of a call to
platform_get_resource when the value is passed to devm_ioremap_resource.
Move the call to platform_get_resource adjacent to the call to
devm_ioremap_resource to make the connection between them more clear.

This add bits operation macro that differ between SoCs.
Interrupt flags clear operation in I2SR differ between SoCs:
write zero to clear(w0c) INT flag on i.MX,
but write one to clear(w1c) INT flag on Vybrid.
I2C module enable operation in I2CR also differ between SoCs:
set I2CR_IEN bit enable the module on i.MX,
but clear I2CR_IEN bit enable the module on Vybrid.

the I2C register offset may different between SoCs,
to provid support for all these chips, split the
register offset into a fixed base address and a
variable shift value, then the full register offset
will be calculated by
reg_off = ( reg_base_addr << reg_shift)

Use snd_dmaengine_dai_dma_data for passing the dma parameters from
clients to the pxa pcm lib. This does no functional change, it's just an
intermedia step to migrate the pxa bits over to dmaengine.
The calculation of dcmd is a transition hack which will be removed again
in a later patch. It's just there to make the transition more readable.

support.

Add a Mic Jack widget to the Tegra+RT5640 machine driver, and document
this in the DT binding. This enables the DT to include the Mic Jack in
the audio routing table, and hence enables capture of audio, in addition
to the previously-working playback.

The Tegra30 I2S driver was writing the AHUB interface parameters to the
playback path register rather than the capture path register. This
caused the capture parameters not to be configured at all, so if
capturing using non-HW-default parameters (e.g. 16-bit stereo rather
than 8-bit mono) the audio would be corrupted.
With this fixed, audio capture from an analog microphone works correctly
on the Cardhu board.
