When the HWA encounters a STALL on a control endpoint, it should clear the
RPIPE_STALL feature on the RPIPE before processing the next transfer
request. Otherwise, all transfer requests on that endpoint after the
first STALL will fail because the RPIPE is still in the halted state.
This also removes the unneccessary call to spin_lock_irqsave for a nested
lock that was present in the first patch.

This patch replace some magic numbers. I believe it makes
the driver more readable.
The magic number 0x26 is the XO system embedded controller
(EC) command 'DCON power enable/disable'.
Number 0x41, and 0x42 are special memory controller settings
register. The 0x41 initialize bit sequence 0x101 means:
enable memory power down function and special SDRAM clock
delay for synchronize SDRAM output and clock signal.
The 0x42 initialize squence 0x101 is wrong. According to
the specification Bit 8 is reserved, thus not in use.

Following patch stores struct netlink_callback in netlink_sock
to avoid allocating and freeing it on every netlink dump msg.
Only one dump operation is allowed for a given socket at a time
therefore we can safely convert cb pointer to cb struct inside
netlink_sock.

In the previous QUERY_PAGES command version we used one command to get the
required amount of boot, init and post init pages. The new version uses the
op_mod field to specify whether the query is for the required amount of boot,
init or post init pages. In addition the output field size for the required
amount of pages increased from 16 to 32 bits.
In MANAGE_PAGES command the input_num_entries and output_num_entries fields
sizes changed from 16 to 32 bits and the PAS tables offset changed to 0x10.
In the pages request event the num_pages field also changed to 32 bits.
In the HCA-capabilities-layout the size and location of max_qp_mcg field has
been changed to support 24 bits.
This patch isn't compatible with firmware versions < 5; however, it turns out that the
first GA firmware we will publish will not support previous versions so this should be OK.

NFSv4 reserves readdir cookie values 0-2 for special entries (. and ..),
but jfs allows a value of 2 for a non-special entry. This incompatibility
can result in the nfs client reporting a readdir loop.
This patch doesn't change the value stored internally, but adds one to
the value exposed to the iterate method.

When a transaction is cancelled and the buffer log item is clean in
the transaction, the buffer log item is unconditionally freed. If
the log item is in the AIL, however, this leads to a use after free
condition as the item still has other users.
In this case, xfs_buf_item_relse() should only be called on clean
buffer items if the reference count has dropped to zero. This
ensures only the last user frees the item.

Currently, the MODULES symbol is special-cased in different places in the
kconfig language. For example, if no symbol is defined to enable tristates,
then kconfig looks up for a symbol named 'MODULES', and forces the 'modules'
option onto that symbol.
This causes problems as such:
- since MODULES is special-cased, reading the configuration with
KCONFIG_ALLCONFIG set will forcibly set MODULES to be 'valid' (ie.
it has a valid value), when no such value was previously set. So
MODULES defaults to 'n' unless it is present in KCONFIG_ALLCONFIG
- other third-party projects may decide that 'MODULES' plays a different
role for them
This has been exposed by cset #cfa98f2e:
kconfig: do not override symbols already set

As suggested by Sam, we explicitly define the MODULES symbol to be the
tristate-enabler. This will allow us to drop special-casing of MODULES

When a symbol changes type from tristate to bool, and was previously set to
'm', a subsequent silentoldconfig would warn about inconsistency, such as:

Since HOTPLUG_PCI_PCIE changed from tristate to bool in aa8032b, it was
previously set to 'm' in auto.conf by the first allmodconfig+silentoldconfig,
but then was set to 'y' by the second allmodconfig. Then the second
silentoldconfig prints the warning.
The warning in this case is a spurious warning, which happens at the time
kconfig tries to detect symbols that have changed, to touch the empty
header files in include/config used for dependency-tracking by make.
Silence the warning when we read the old auto.conf file, since it is
perfectly legit that a symbol changed type since the previous call.

Script `config' relies on extensions of `GNU sed', and is thus not
working on all Unixes:
- in-place edition of files (-i), which can be replaced with
a temporary file;
- extended-regexps (-r), which can be split into basic regexps;
- single-line calls to `a' command, while some implementations
require a leading newline before the parameter.
Rewrite calls to `sed' to comply with POSIX interface, and move them
to helper functions.

Commit d8af4dfd8 ("net/tg3: Fix kernel crash") introduced a possible
NULL pointer dereference in tg3 driver when !netdev || !netif_running(netdev)
condition is met and netdev is NULL. Then, the jump to the 'done' label
calls dev_close() with a netdevice that is NULL. Therefore, only call
dev_close() when we have a netdevice, but one that is not running.

The i.MX pinctrl driver completely bails out when it detects an error
in the pinctrl nodes. This usually means that whatever error a
devicetree has the user is left blind because even the console cannot
be initialized without working pinmux.
Instead of bailing out completely, just continue probing. This makes
the pinctrl driver work, only the erroneous groups will fail later
during pin request time.

This change makes documentation of the the gpio-ranges property shorter
and more succinct, more consistent with the style of the rest of the
document, and not mention Linux-specifics such as the API
pinctrl_request_gpio(); DT binding documents should be OS independant
where at all possible. As part of this, the gpio-ranges property's format
is described in BNF form, in order to match the rest of the document.
This change also deprecates the #gpio-range-cells property. Such
properties are useful when one node references a second node, and that
second node dictates the format of the reference. However, that is not
the case here; the definition of gpio-ranges itself always dictates its
format entirely, and hence the value #gpio-range-cells must always be 3,
and hence there is no point requiring any referenced node to include
this property. The only remaining need for this property is to ensure
compatibility of DTs with older SW that was written to support the
previous version of the binding.

* Mention #gpio-range-cells as being deprecated, rather than removing all
documentation of that property. This allows DTs to be written in a
backwards-compatible way if desired, and also allows older DTs to be
interpreted fully using the latest documentation.

Since the rx_fifo queue is accessed only using the various
lockless SKB queue routines, there is no need to initialize
the lock and __skb_queue_head_init() can be used.

The documentation for antenna diversity says:
"The decision of diversity is done at 802.11 preamble. So, for
11G/11B, for every MAC packet hardware will do a decision. But in
11N with aggregation, the decision is made only at the preamble and
all other MPDUs will use the same LNA as the first MPDU."
Make use of rs_firstaggr to avoid needlessly scanning for LNA
changes.

The combined RSSI can be invalid which is indicated by
the value -128. Use RX_FLAG_NO_SIGNAL_VAL for such cases.

In case a descriptor has the "done" bit clear and the
next descriptor has it set, we drop both of them. If
the packet that is received after these two packets
is dropped for some reason, "discard_next" will not cleared.
Fix this.
