The mx6sl supports standard sdhci tuning, then esdhc_executing_tuning
is only needed for mx6q/dl. We introduce is_imx6_usdhc() and
is_imx6sl_usdhc() to handle the difference.
The standard tuning is enabled by setting ESDHC_TUNE_CTRL_STD_TUNING_EN bit
in new register ESDHC_TUNE_CTRL and operates with new tuning bits
defined in SDHCI_ACMD12_ERR register.
Note: mx6sl can also work on the old manually tuning mode as mx6q/dl if
not enable standard tuning mode.

Create a struct esdhc_soc_data with moving 'flags' field from
pltfm_imx_data into it, and pass the pointer of this SoC specific data
structure through of_device_id.data directly, so that the translation
from enum imx_esdhc_type to flags can be saved.
With the change, enum imx_esdhc_type can be eliminated, since we can
implement the is_imx*_esdhc() by checking the esdhc_soc_data pointer.
The unused is_imx35_esdhc() and is_imx51_esdhc() are also removed, and the
others are kept there as we will need to use them to handle some small
register differences later, where use of new flags might be a little
overkilled.

As a good practice, device driver should not modify pdev->id_entry but
keep it immutable. Let's assign of_device_id.data with imx_esdhc_type
constants directly, so that we do not have to manipulate pdev->id_entry
in .probe().
As the result, sdhci-esdhc-imx53 and sdhci-usdhc-imx6q can be removed
from platform_device_id table now, since they will only probe from
device tree.

Just like the use of the flag ESDHC_FLAG_MULTIBLK_NO_INT, let's add
another flag ESDHC_FLAG_ENGCM07207 to enable the workaround for errata
ENGcm07207 and set the flag for i.MX25 and i.MX35 ESDHC.
While at it, let's use BIT() macro for ESDHC_FLAG_MULTIBLK_NO_INT as
well.

So far the modeset code enabled all power domains if it needed any. It
wasn't a problem since HW generations so far only had one always-on
power well and one dynamic power well that can be enabled/disabled. For
domains powered by always-on power wells (panel fitter on pipe A and the
eDP transcoder) we didn't do anything, for all other domains we just
enabled the single dynamic power well.
Future HW generations will change this, as they add multiple dynamic
power wells. Support for these will be added later, this patch prepares
for those by making sure we only enable the required domains.
Note that after this change on HSW we'll enable all power domains even
if it was the domain for the panel fitter on pipe A or the eDP
transcoder. This isn't a problem since the power domain framework
already checks if the domain is on an always-on power well and doesn't
do anything in this case.

There is no hard need for this to be a spin lock, as we don't take these
locks in irq context from anywhere. An upcoming patch will add calls to
punit read/write functions from within regions protected by this lock
and those functions need a mutex in turn. As a solution for that convert
the spin lock to be a mutex.

The create_flow/destroy_flow uverbs and the associated extensions to
the user-kernel verbs ABI are under review and are too experimental to
freeze at this point.
So userspace is not exposed to experimental features and an uinstable
ABI, temporarily disable this for v3.12 (with a Kconfig option behind
staging to reenable it if desired).
The feature will be enabled after proper cleanup for v3.13.

On pre-gen5 and vlv we can't use the pipe source when TV-out or a DP
port is connected to the pipe. Hence we need to expose new CRC
sources.
Also simplify the existing pipe source platform code a bit by
rejecting all unhandled sources by default.

The timeout was not properly converted from msecs
to jiffies. As a result channel transition to
NL80211_DFS_USABLE was delayed depending on
CONFIG_HZ configuration, e.g. HZ=100 would delay
the NOP from 30 minutes to 300 minutes.

Since rdev->sched_scan_req is dereferenced outside the
lock protecting it, this might be done at the wrong

Several configurations are selecting errata 798181 without SMP
being selected. This causes a warning from Kconfig:
warning: (ARCH_HIGHBANK && ARCH_KEYSTONE && SOC_OMAP5 && ARCH_TEGRA_114_SOC) selects ARM_ERRATA_798181 which has unmet direct dependencies (CPU_V7 && SMP)
The dependencies are compile time dependencies; select violates these,
resulting in:
arch/arm/kernel/built-in.o: In function `setup_processor':
psci.c:(.init.text+0x808): undefined reference to `erratum_a15_798181_init'
at build time. Fix this by fixing the select statements for Tegra and
Highbank.

Since we use intel_enable_rc6() now for more than just when we're
enabling RC6, we'll see this message many times, and it is just
confusing.
As an example, calc_residency calls this function whenever poked via
sysfs. This leaves the impression in dmesg that we're constantly
re-enabling RC6.
While at it, move the defines and description from drv.h to intel_pm.c,
since these are only ever used in that code.

It does not make sense to queue retransmitted packets if the
original packet is still in some queue of this host. So add
a check to xdst_queue_output() and drop the packet if the
original packet is not yet sent.

davinci-pcm uses 16 as the no.of periods. With this, in EDMA we have to
allocate atleast 17 slots: 1 slot for channel, and 16 slots the periods.
Due to this, the MAX_NR_SG limitation causes problems, set it to 20 to make
cyclic DMA work when davinci-pcm is converted to use DMA Engine. Also add
a comment clarifying this.

PaRAM set calculation is abstracted into its own function to
enable better reuse for other DMA cases such as cyclic. We adapt
the Slave SG case to use the new function.
This provides a much cleaner abstraction to the internals of the
PaRAM set. However, any PaRAM attributes that are not common to
all DMA types must be set separately such as setting of interrupts.
This function takes care of the most-common attributes.
Also added comments clarifying A-sync case calculations.

Remove typedef keyword and rename the cfs_hash_lock_t
union to cfs_hash_lock in libcfs_hash.h. These changes
resolve the "Do not add new typedefs" warning
generated by checkpatch.pl and meet kernel coding style.
The union variables in hash.c are updated to reflect this
change as well.
