arm64: dts: allwinner: h6: Use - instead of @ for DT OPP entries
DTC and the dt-validate tools report warnings for opp with the format
opp@$frequency: dtc for a missing reg property, and dt-validate since
the binding requires child nodes to have the format opp-$frequency.

Change this to the latter format.

ARM: dts: sun8i-s3: pinecube: Fix CSI DTC warnings
Our CSI endpoint trigger some DTC warnings due to the fact that we're
having a single endpoint that doesn't need any reg property, and since
we don't have a reg property, we don't need the address-cells and

Fix those

ARM: dts: sun8i-s3: impetus: Fix the USB PHY ID detect GPIO properties
While the USB PHY Device Tree mandates that the name of the ID detect pin
should be usb0_id_det-gpios, a significant number of device tree use
usb0_id_det-gpio instead.

This was functional because the GPIO framework falls back to the gpio
suffix that is legacy, but we should fix this.

4f2cf99d54 drm/msm/a5xx: Allow all patchid for A540 chip
On at least MSM8998 it's possible to find Adreno 540.0 and 540.1
but I have never found any 540.2. In any case, the patchids 0-1
for A540 are completely supported by this driver and there is no
reason to disallow probing them (as they also share the same
firmware names).

Besides that, the patchid number is also used in the a5xx_power.c
function a540_lm_setup to disable the battery current limiter,
which makes faking the Adreno patchid to .2 (which would anyway
be sad) useless and even producing breakages.

24b4c6b1a7 powerpc/powernv/pci: Drop pnv_phb->initialized
The pnv_phb->initialized flag is an odd beast. It was added back in 2012 in
commit db1266c852 ("powerpc/powernv: Skip check on PE if necessary") to
allow devices to be enabled even if the device had not yet been assigned to
a PE. Allowing the device to be enabled before the PE is configured may
cause spurious EEH events since none of the IOMMU context has been setup.

I'm not entirely sure why this was ever necessary. My best guess is that it
was an workaround for a bug or some other undesireable behaviour from the
PCI core. Either way, it's unnecessary now since as of commit dc3d8f85bb
("powerpc/powernv/pci: Re-work bus PE configuration") we can guarantee that
the PE will be configured before the PCI core will allow drivers to bind to
the device.

It's also worth pointing out that the ->initialized flag is only set in
pnv_pci_ioda_create_dbgfs(). That function has its entire body wrapped
in #ifdef CONFIG_DEBUG_FS. As a result, for kernels built without debugfs
(i.e. petitboot) the other checks in pnv_pci_enable_device_hook() are
bypassed entirely.
