ohci-nxp duplicates the isp1301 driver. This patch removes this code and makes
ohci-nxp use the new separate isp1301 driver instead.

err() was a very old USB-specific macro that I thought had
gone away. This patch removes it from being used in the
driver and uses dev_err() instead.
