During DC init, we read power management tables from PMFW. This info is
exchanged in the form of a binary blob inside gpu memory. In order to
parse the binary blob, the correct struct needs to be used.

A number of BIOS versions have a problem with the watermarks table not
being configured properly. This manifests as a very scary looking warning
during resume from s0i3. This should be harmless in most cases and is well
understood, so decrease the assertion to a clearer warning about the problem.

On HG APU + dGPU scenario with no display to dGPU,
DS stays disabled due to no display present.
This problem can be worked around by DAL calling

The WA from commit 2a50edbf10 ("drm/amd/display: Apply w/a for hard hang
on HPD") and commit 1bd3bc745e ("drm/amd/display: Extend w/a for hard
hang on HPD to dcn20") causes a regression in s0ix where the system will
fail to resume properly on many laptops. Pull the workarounds out to
avoid that s0ix regression in the common case. This HPD hang happens with
an external device in special circumstances and a new W/A will need to be
developed for this in the future.

Otherwise SMU won't mark Display as idle when trying to perform s2idle.

Mark the bit in the dcn31 codepath, doesn't apply to older ASIC.
It needed to be split from phy refclk off to prevent entering s2idle
when PSR was engaged but driver was not ready.

[WHY]
On certain configs, SMU clock table voltages don't match which cause parser
to behave incorrectly by leaving dcfclk and socclk table entries unpopulated.
[HOW]
Currently the function that finds the corresponding clock for a given voltage
only checks for exact voltage level matches. In the case that no match gets
found, parser now falls back to searching for the max clock which meets the
requested voltage (i.e. its corresponding voltage is below requested).

wrong due to the data structure mismatch between DCN30 and DCN301.

For HPDs that spans under 1s (i.e. HPD low = 1s), part of the disable
sequence (specifically, a request to SMU to lower refclk) could come
right before the call to PHY enablement, causing DMUB to access an
irresponsive PHY and thus a hard hang on the system.

Disable 48mhz refclk off when there is any HPD status in connected state
for dcn20.

This reverts commit "drm/amd/display: w/a for hard hang on HPD on native DP".
[How & Why]
Revert change as it does not fix the hard hang
in all cases. An alternative w/a will be submitted
separately.

[Why]
Assuming DIG link encoders are statically mapped to links can cause
system instability due to null pointer accesses.
[How]
- Add checks for non-null link encoder pointers before trying to access
them.
- When a hardware platform uses dynamic DIG assignment (i.e. resource
function 'link_encs_assign' defined) and a link supports flexible
mapping to DIGs, use the link_enc_cfg API to access the DIG assigned to
a link or stream.
