a0f104644e w1: do not unlock unheld list_mutex in __w1_remove_master_device()
w1_process_callbacks() expects to be called with dev->list_mutex held,
but it is the fact only in w1_process(). __w1_remove_master_device()
calls w1_process_callbacks() after it releases list_mutex.

The patch fixes __w1_remove_master_device() to acquire list_mutex
for w1_process_callbacks().

78916b00f0 PCI: Test for std config alias when testing extended config space
When a PCI-to-PCIe bridge is stacked on a PCIe-to-PCI bridge, we can have
PCIe endpoints masked by a conventional PCI bus. This makes the extended
config space of the PCIe endpoint inaccessible. The PCIe-to-PCI bridge is
supposed to handle any type 1 configuration transactions where the extended
config offset bits are non-zero as an Unsupported Request rather than
forward it to the secondary interface. As noted here, there are a couple
known offenders to this rule. These bridges drop the extended offset bits,
resulting in the conventional config space being aliased many times across
the extended config space. For Intel NICs, this alias often seems to
expose a bogus SR-IOV cap.

Stacking bridges may seem like an uncommon scenario, but note that any
conventional PCI slot in a modern PC is already the secondary interface of
an onboard PCIe-to-PCI bridge. The user need only add a PCI-to-PCIe
adapter and PCIe device to encounter this problem.

8a0427d192 w1: optional bundling of netlink kernel replies
Applications can submit a set of commands in one packet to the kernel,
and in some cases it is required such as reading the temperature
sensor results. This adds an option W1_CN_BUNDLE to the flags of
cn_msg to request the kernel to reply in one packet for efficiency.

The cn_msg flags now check for unknown flag values and return an error
if one is seen. See "Proper handling of unknown flags in system
calls" http://lwn.net/Articles/588444/

This corrects the ack values returned as per the protocol standard,
namely the original ack for status messages and seq + 1 for all others
such as the data returned from a read.

Some of the common variable names have been standardized as follows.
struct cn_msg *cn
struct w1_netlink_msg *msg
struct w1_netlink_cmd *cmd
struct w1_master *dev

When an argument and a function scope variable would collide, add req_
to the argument.

34470e0bfa connector: allow multiple messages to be sent in one packet
This increases the amount of bundling to reduce the number of packets
sent. For the one wire use there can be multiple struct
w1_netlink_cmd in a struct w1_netlink_msg and multiple of those in
struct cn_msg, and with this change multiple of those in a struct
nlmsghdr, and at each level the len identifies there being multiple of
the next.

d433201391 driver core: dev_get_drvdata: Don't check for NULL dev
There is no point in calling dev_get_drvdata without a valid device.
So checking for dev == NULL is pointless. If such a check is ever
needed - which I doubt - the driver should do it before calling
dev_get_drvdata.

We were returning NULL if dev was NULL, which the caller certainly did
not expect anyway, so that was only delaying the crash if the caller
is not paying attention.
