staging: r8188eu: remove ODM_GetRFReg()

ODM_GetRFReg() is just a wrapper around rtl8188e_PHY_QueryRFReg().
Remove ODM_GetRFReg() and call rtl8188e_PHY_QueryRFReg() directly.
