staging: r8188eu: remove ODM_GetMACReg()

ODM_GetMACReg() is just a wrapper around rtl8188e_PHY_QueryBBReg().
Remove ODM_GetMACReg() and call rtl8188e_PHY_QueryBBReg() directly.
