phy: intel-lgm-emmc: Fix warning by adding missing MODULE_LICENSE

introduces the below warning

   WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_LICENSE() in
   drivers/phy/intel/phy-intel-emmc.o

Fix it by adding missing MODULE_LICENSE.
