pwm: core: Use octal permission
Permission bits are easier readable in octal than with using the
symbolic names.
Fixes the following warning generated by checkpatch:
WARNING: Symbolic permissions 'S_IRUGO' are not preferred. Consider using octal permissions '0444'.
