arm64: entry-ftrace.S: Fix missing argument for CONFIG_FUNCTION_GRAPH_TRACER=y

Missing argument of another SYM_INNER_LABEL() breaks build for
CONFIG_FUNCTION_GRAPH_TRACER=y.
