Commit 017f161a55 (ARM: 7877/1: use built-in byte swap function) added
bswapsdi2.{o,S} to arch/arm/boot/compressed/Makefile, but didn't update
the .gitignore. Thus after a a build git status shows bswapsdi2.S as a
new file, which is a little annoying.
This patch updates arch/arm/boot/compressed/.gitignore to ignore
bswapsdi2.S, as we already do for ashldi3.S and others.

Due to a problem in the MFD Kconfig it was not possible to
compile the UCB battery driver for the Collie SA1100 system,
in turn making it impossible to compile in the battery driver.
(See patch "mfd: include all drivers in subsystem menu".)
After fixing the MFD Kconfig (separate patch) a compile error
appears in the Collie battery driver due to the <mach/collie.h>
implicitly requiring <mach/hardware.h> through <linux/gpio.h>
via <mach/gpio.h> prior to commit
40ca061b "ARM: 7841/1: sa1100: remove complex GPIO interface".
Fix this up by including the required header into

With noMMU, CONFIG_PAGE_OFFSET was not being set correctly. As there's
no MMU, PAGE_OFFSET should be equal to PHYS_OFFSET in all cases. This
commit makes that explicit.
Since we do this, we don't need to mess around in asm/memory.h with
ifdefs to sort this out, so let's get rid of that, and there's no point
offering the "Memory split" option for noMMU as that's meaningless
there.

ARM: XEN depends on having a MMU
This patch connects IPU and display encoder (HDMI, LVDS, MIPI)
device tree nodes, as well as parallel displays on the DISP0
and DISP1 outputs, using the OF graph bindings described in
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/media/video-interfaces.txt
The IPU ports correspond to the two display interfaces. The
order of endpoints in the ports is arbitrary.
Each encoder with an associated input multiplexer has multiple
input ports in the device tree. The order and reg property of
the ports must correspond to the multiplexer input order.
Since the imx-drm node now only needs to contain links to the
display interfaces, it can be moved to the SoC dtsi level. At
the board level, only connections between the display interface
ports and encoders or panels have to be added.

No architecture uses the "data" parameter in ftrace_dyn_arch_init() in any
way, it just sets the value to 0. And this is used as a return value
in the caller -- ftrace_init, which just checks the retval against
zero.
Note there is also "return 0" in every ftrace_dyn_arch_init. So it is
enough to check the retval and remove all the indirect sets of data on
all archs.

The pm-mmp2 and pm-pxa910 power management related irq_set_wake
callbacks fiddle pointlessly with the irq actions for no reason except
for lack of understanding how the wakeup mechanism works.
On supsend the core disables all interrupts lazily, i.e. it does not
mask them at the irq controller level. So any interrupt which is
firing during suspend will mark the corresponding interrupt line as
pending. Just before the core powers down it checks whether there are
interrupts pending from interrupt lines which are marked as wakeup
sources and if so it aborts the suspend and resends the interrupts.
If there was no interrupt at this point, the cpu goes into suspend
with these interrupts unmasked.
The IRQF_NO_SUSPEND flag for interrupt actions is a totally different
mechanism. That allows the device driver to prevent the core from
disabling the interrupt despite the fact that it is not marked as a
wakeup source. This has nothing to do with the case at hand. It was
introduced for special cases where lazy disable is not possible.
Remove the nonsense along with the braindamaged boundary check. The
core code does NOT call these functions out of boundary.
Add a FIXME comment to an unhandled error path which merily printks
some useless blurb instead of returning a proper error code.

Commit 240e99cbd0 (ARM: KVM: Fix 64-bit coprocessor handling)
changed the way we match the 64bit coprocessor access from
user space, but didn't update the trap handler for the same
set of registers.
The effect is that a trapped 64bit access is never matched, leading
to a fault being injected into the guest. This went unnoticed as we
didn't really trap any 64bit register so far.
Placing the CRm field of the access into the CRn field of the matching
structure fixes the problem. Also update the debug feature to emit the
expected string in case of failing match.

The purpose of this mode is to allow the downloaded code to

The 'order' parameter for IOMMU-aware dma-mapping implementation was
introduced mainly as a hack to reduce size of the bitmap used for
tracking IO virtual address space. Since now it is possible to dynamically
resize the bitmap, this hack is not needed and can be removed without any
impact on the client devices. This way the parameters for
arm_iommu_create_mapping() becomes much easier to understand. 'size'
parameter now means the maximum supported IO address space size.
The code will allocate (resize) bitmap in chunks, ensuring that a single
chunk is not larger than a single memory page to avoid unreliable
allocations of size larger than PAGE_SIZE in atomic context.
Signed-off-by: Marek Szyprowski <m.szyprowski@samsung.com>
Instead of using just one bitmap to keep track of IO virtual addresses
(handed out for IOMMU use) introduce an array of bitmaps. This allows
us to extend existing mappings when running out of iova space in the
initial mapping etc.
If there is not enough space in the mapping to service an IO virtual
address allocation request, __alloc_iova() tries to extend the mapping
-- by allocating another bitmap -- and makes another allocation
attempt using the freshly allocated bitmap.
This allows arm iommu drivers to start with a decent initial size when
an dma_iommu_mapping is created and still to avoid running out of IO
virtual addresses for the mapping.

Commit 1fcf7ce0c6 (arm: kvm: implement CPU PM notifier) added
support for CPU power-management, using a cpu_notifier to re-init
KVM on a CPU that entered CPU idle.
The code assumed that a CPU entering idle would actually be powered
off, loosing its state entierely, and would then need to be
reinitialized. It turns out that this is not always the case, and
some HW performs CPU PM without actually killing the core. In this
case, we try to reinitialize KVM while it is still live. It ends up
badly, as reported by Andre Przywara (using a Calxeda Midway):
[ 3.663897] Kernel panic - not syncing: unexpected prefetch abort in Hyp mode at: 0x685760
[ 3.663897] unexpected data abort in Hyp mode at: 0xc067d150
[ 3.663897] unexpected HVC/SVC trap in Hyp mode at: 0xc0901dd0
The trick here is to detect if we've been through a full re-init or
not by looking at HVBAR (VBAR_EL2 on arm64). This involves
implementing the backend for __hyp_get_vectors in the main KVM HYP
code (rather small), and checking the return value against the
default one when the CPU notifier is called on CPU_PM_EXIT.

This patch moves bios32 over to using the generic code for enabling PCI

can also drop the explicit IO and MEMORY enabling for them in the arch
code.
A side-effect of this change is that we no longer explicitly enable
devices when running in PCI_PROBE_ONLY mode. This stays closer to the
meaning of the option and prevents us from trying to enable devices
without any assigned resources (the core code refuses to enable

The pte_accessible macro can be used to identify page table entries
capable of being cached by a TLB. In principle, this differs from
pte_present, since PROT_NONE mappings are mapped using invalid entries
identified as present and ptes designated as `old' can use either
invalid entries or those with the access flag cleared (guaranteed not to
be in the TLB). However, there is a race to take care of, as described
in 2084140594 ("mm: fix TLB flush race between migration, and
change_protection_range"), between a page being migrated and mprotected
at the same time. In this case, we can check whether a TLB invalidation
is pending for the mm and if so, temporarily consider PROT_NONE mappings
as valid.
This patch implements a quick pte_accessible macro for ARM by simply
checking if the pte is valid/present depending on the mm. For classic
MMU, these checks are identical and will generate some false positives
for PROT_NONE mappings, but this is better than the current asm-generic
definition of ((void)(pte),1).
Finally, pte_present_user is moved to use pte_valid (and renamed
appropriately) since we don't care about cache flushing for faulting
mappings.

A collection of fixes for ARM platforms. Most are fixes for DTS files,
mostly from DT conversion on OMAP which is still finding a few issues here
and there.
There's a couple of small stale code removal patches that we usually
queue for the next release instead, but they seemed harmless enough to
bring in now.
Also, a fix for backlight on some PXA platforms, and a cache configuration
fix for Tegra, etc.

This branch contains a bug fix for the way devicetree code identifies
the type of device. Device drivers can contain a list of of_device_ids,
but it more than one entry will match, then the device driver may choose
the wrong one. Commit 105353145e, "match each node compatible against
all given matches first", was queued for v3.14 but ended up causing
other bugs. Commit 06b29e76a7 attempted to fix it but it had other bugs.
Merely reverting the fix and waiting until v3.15 isn't a good option
because there is code in v3.14 that depends on the revised behaviour to
boot.
This branch should finally fixes the problem correctly. This time
instead of just hoping that the patch is correct, this branch also adds
new testcases that validate the behaviour.
The changes in this branch are larger than I would like for a -rc pull,
but moving the test case data out of out of arch/arm so that it could be
validated on other architectures was important.

Currently, when the kernel is configured with LPAE support, but the
CPU doesn't support it, the error message is fairly cryptic:
Error: unrecognized/unsupported processor variant (0x561f5811).
This messages is normally shown when there is an issue when comparing
the processor ID (CP15 0, c0, c0) with the values/masks described in
proc-v7.S. However, the same message is displayed when LPAE support is
enabled in the kernel configuration, but not available in the CPU,
after looking at ID_MMFR0 (CP15 0, c0, c1, 4). Having the same error
message is highly misleading.
This commit improves this by showing a different error message when
this situation occurs:

The ARM perf backend can discover the type of PMU it needs to drive
either from DT or by probing a CPU it is running on. For
Cortex-A{5,7,15} there are no platforms in mainline not using dt, and
this probing won't work well for big.LITTLE systems with heterogeneous
PMUs.
This patch drops the probing for those CPUs, relying on information from
dt instead. Future platforms should describe their PMU(s) with dt.

Krait supports a set of performance monitor region event
selection registers (PMRESR) sitting behind a cp15 based
interface that extend the architected PMU events to include Krait
CPU and Venum VFP specific events. To use these events the user
is expected to program the region register (PMRESRn) with the
event code shifted into the group they care about and then point
the PMNx event at that region+group combo by writing a
PMRESRn_GROUPx event. Add support for this hardware.
Note: the raw event number is a pure software construct that
allows us to map the multi-dimensional number space of regions,
groups, and event codes into a flat event number space suitable
for use by the perf framework.
This is based on code originally written by Ashwin Chaugule and
Neil Leeder [1].

On Krait processors we have a many-to-one relationship between
raw CPU events and the event programmed into the PMNx counter.
Two raw CPU events could map to the same value programmed in the
PMNx counter. To avoid this problem, we check for collisions
during the get_event_idx() callback by setting a bit in a bitmap
whenever a certain event is used in a PMNx counter (see the next
patch). Unfortunately, we don't have a hook to clear this bit in
the bitmap when the event is deleted so let's add an optional
clear_event_idx() callback for this purpose.

Unlike other build products in the Linux kernel, there is no 'make
*install' mechanism to put devicetree blobs in a standard place.
This commit adds a new 'dtbs_install' make target which copies all of
the dtbs into the INSTALL_DTBS_PATH directory. INSTALL_DTBS_PATH can be
set before calling make to change the default install directory. If not
set then it defaults to:
$INSTALL_PATH/dtbs/$KERNELRELEASE.
This is done to keep dtbs from different kernel versions separate until
things have settled down. Once the dtbs are stable, and not so strongly
linked to the kernel version, the devicetree files will most likely move
to their own repo. Users will need to upgrade install scripts at that
time.
v7: (reworked by Grant Likely)
- Moved rules from arch/arm/Makefile to arch/arm/boot/dts/Makefile so
that each dtb install could have a separate target and be reported as
part of the make output.
- Fixed dependency problem to ensure $KERNELRELEASE is calculated before
attempting to install
- Removed option to call external script. Copying the files should be
sufficient and a build system can post-process the install directory.
Despite the fact an external script is used for installing the kernel,
I don't think that is a pattern that should be encouraged. I would
rather see buildroot type tools post process the install directory to
rename or move dtb files after installing to a staging directory.
- Plus it is easy to add a hook after the fact without blocking the
rest of this feature.
- Move the helper targets into scripts/Makefile.lib with the rest of the
common dtb rules

pretty though. A useful project would be to make the testcase code

If CLK_SET_RATE_PARENT is set for a clkoutx2 clock, calling
clk_set_rate() on the clock "skips" the x2 multiplier as there are no
set_rate and round_rate functions defined for the clkoutx2.
This results in getting double the requested clock rates, breaking the
display on omap3430 based devices. This got broken when
d0f58bd3bb and related patches were merged
for v3.14, as omapdss driver now relies more on the clk-framework and
CLK_SET_RATE_PARENT.
This patch implements set_rate and round_rate for clkoutx2.

"A range of ARM fixes. Biggest change is the stage-2 attributes used
for for hyp mode which were wrong. I've killed some bits in a couple
of DT files which turned out not to be required, and a few other
fixes.
One fix touches code outside of arch/arm, which is related to sorting
out the DMA masks correctly. There is a long standing issue with the
conversion from PFNs to addresses where people assume that shifting an
unsigned long left by PAGE_SHIFT results in a correct address. This
is not the case with C: the integer promotion happens at assignment
after evaluation. This fixes the recently introduced dma_max_pfn()
function, but there's a number of other places where we try this
directly on an unsigned long in the mm code"

In commit f0402f9b47 ("ARM: ixp4xx: stop using <mach/timex.h>")
I didn't intend to implement a functional change, but as Olof noticed I
failed---at least a bit. Before this commit the following was used to
determine the latch value used:
#define IXP4XX_TIMER_FREQ 66666000
#define CLOCK_TICK_RATE \
(((IXP4XX_TIMER_FREQ / HZ & ~IXP4XX_OST_RELOAD_MASK) + 1) * HZ)
#define LATCH ((CLOCK_TICK_RATE + HZ/2) / HZ)
The complicated calculation was done "b/c the timer register ignores the
bottom 2 bits of the LATCH value." With HZ=100 CLOCK_TICK_RATE used to
calculate to 66666100 and so LATCH to 666661. In ixp4xx_set_mode the
term
LATCH & ~IXP4XX_OST_RELOAD_MASK
was used to write to the relevant register (with IXP4XX_OST_RELOAD_MASK
being 3) and so effectively 666660 was used.
In commit f0402f9b47 I translated that to:
#define IXP4XX_TIMER_FREQ 66666000
#define IXP4XX_LATCH DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST(IXP4XX_TIMER_FREQ, HZ)
which results in the same register writes, but still doesn't bear in
mind that the two least significant bits cannot be specified (which is
relevant only when HZ or IXP4XX_TIMER_FREQ are changed).
Instead of reverting back to the old approach use a more obvious and
also more correct way to calculate LATCH. (Regarding the more
correct claim: With IXP4XX_TIMER_FREQ == 66665999, the old code resulted
in LATCH = 666657 corresponding to a cycle time of 0.009999940149400597
seconds (error: -6.0e-8 s) while the new approach results in LATCH =
666660 and so a cycle time of 0.010000000150001503 seconds
(error: 1.5e-10 s).)

The Coherant DMA allocator allocates pages of high order then splits
them up into smaller pages.
This splitting logic would run into problems if the allocator was
given compound pages. Thus the Coherant DMA allocator was originally
incompatible with compound pages existing and, by extension, huge
pages. A compile #error was put in place whenever huge pages were
enabled.
Compatibility with compound pages has since been introduced by the
following commit (which merely excludes GFP_COMP pages from being
requested by the coherant DMA allocator):
ea2e705 ARM: 7172/1: dma: Drop GFP_COMP for DMA memory allocations
When huge page support was introduced to ARM, the compile #error in
dma-mapping.c was replaced by a #warning when it should have been
removed instead.
This patch removes the compile #warning in dma-mapping.c when huge
pages are enabled.

The functions in mcpm_entry.c are mostly intended for use during
scary cache and coherency disabling sequences, or do other things
which confuse trace ... like powering a CPU down and not

For simplicity, this patch just makes whole files notrace.

Despite the name mach-crag6410-module.c, the code is built for
MACH_WLF_CRAGG_6410 -- which is bool, and hence this code is
either present or absent. It will never be modular, so using
module_init as an alias for __initcall can be somewhat
misleading.
Fix this up now, so that we can relocate module_init from
init.h into module.h in the future. If we don't do this, we'd
have to add module.h to obviously non-modular code, and that
would be a worse thing.
Note that direct use of __initcall is discouraged, vs. one
of the priority categorized subgroups. As __initcall gets
mapped onto device_initcall, our use of device_initcall
directly in this change means that the runtime impact is
zero -- it will remain at level 6 in initcall ordering.

ARM: OMAP2+: gpmc: add DT bindings for OneNAND
OMAP SoC(s) depend on GPMC controller driver to parse GPMC DT child nodes and
register them platform_device for ONENAND driver to probe later. However this does
not happen if generic MTD_ONENAND framework is built as module (CONFIG_MTD_ONENAND=m).
Therefore, when MTD/ONENAND and MTD/ONENAND/OMAP2 modules are loaded, they are unable
to find any matching platform_device and remain un-binded. This causes on board
ONENAND flash to remain un-detected.
This patch causes GPMC controller to parse DT nodes when

Apparently, if G3D regulator is powered off, the SoC cannot enter low

"ARM: imx6q: move low-power code out of clock driver"

before the console comes up.
The above commit moved the initalization of the low-power
mode setting (enabling clocked WAIT states), which was
introduced in commit 83ae20981a
"ARM: imx: correct low-power mode setting", from
imx6q_clks_init to imx6q_pm_init. Now it is called

Due to commit 88f718e3fa
"ARM: pxa: delete the custom GPIO header" some drivers fail
compilation, for example like this:
In file included from sound/soc/pxa/spitz.c:28:0:
sound/soc/pxa/spitz.c: In function ‘spitz_ext_control’:
arch/arm/mach-pxa/include/mach/spitz.h:111:30: error:
‘PXA_NR_BUILTIN_GPIO’ undeclared (first use in this function)
#define SPITZ_SCP_GPIO_BASE (PXA_NR_BUILTIN_GPIO)
(etc.)
This is caused by implicit inclusion of <mach/irqs.h> from
various board-specific headers under <mach/*> in the PXA
platform. So we take a sweep over these, and for every such
header that uses PXA_NR_BUILTIN_GPIO or PXA_GPIO_TO_IRQ()
we explicitly #include "irqs.h" so that we satisfy the
dependency in the board include file alone.

of function ‘PXA_GPIO_TO_IRQ’ [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]
free_irq(PXA_GPIO_TO_IRQ(RDY_GPIO_PIN), par);
This was caused by commit 88f718e3fa
"ARM: pxa: delete the custom GPIO header"
This is because it was previously getting the macro PXA_GPIO_TO_IRQ
implicitly from <linux/gpio.h> which in turn implicitly included
<mach/gpio.h> which in turn included <mach/irqs.h>.

CPU_32v6 currently selects CPU_USE_DOMAINS if CPU_V6 and MMU. This is
because ARM 1136 r0pX CPUs lack the v6k extensions, and therefore do
not have hardware thread registers. The lack of these registers requires
the kernel to update the vectors page at each context switch in order to
write a new TLS pointer. This write must be done via the userspace
mapping, since aliasing caches can lead to expensive flushing when using
kmap. Finally, this requires the vectors page to be mapped r/w for
kernel and r/o for user, which has implications for things like put_user
which must trigger CoW appropriately when targetting user pages.
The upshot of all this is that a v6/v7 kernel makes use of domains to
segregate kernel and user memory accesses. This has the nasty
side-effect of making device mappings executable, which has been
observed to cause subtle bugs on recent cores (e.g. Cortex-A15
performing a speculative instruction fetch from the GIC and acking an
interrupt in the process).
This patch solves this problem by removing the remaining domain support
from ARMv6. A new memory type is added specifically for the vectors page
which allows that page (and only that page) to be mapped as user r/o,
kernel r/w. All other user r/o pages are mapped also as kernel r/o.

Booting on feroceon CPUS requires the L2 cache to be turned off. With
some kernel configurations (notably CONFIG_ARM_PATCH_PHYS_VIRT
disabled) the kernel will boot even if the L2 is turned on.
However there may be subtle breakage, and when PATCH_PHYS_VIRT is
enabled it is very likely that booting with L2 will crash at early
boot before any kernel diagnostic output.
The diagnostic message is intended to discourage people from shipping
bootloaders that leave the L2 turned on.
The issue on feroceon is that the L2 is bypassed when the L1 caches
are disabled. So the decompressor will place parts of the kernel image
into the L2 and the early cache-off boot code in head.S will write to
parts of the kernel image, bypassing the L2 and creating inconsistency.

doesn't require TLB ops broadcasting to be explicitly enabled like the A9 does.
Note that as the ACTLR cannot (usually) be written from non-secure, it is the
responsibility of the bootloader/firmware to set this bit per core - it is
done here in Linux as last resort in case of bad firmware.

When unlocking a spinlock, we require the following, strictly ordered
sequence of events:
<barrier> /* dmb */
<unlock>
<barrier> /* dsb */
<sev>
Whilst the code does indeed reflect this in terms of the architecture,
the final <barrier> + <sev> have been contracted into a single inline
asm without a "memory" clobber, therefore the compiler is at liberty to
reorder the unlock to the end of the above sequence. In such a case,
a waiting CPU may be woken up before the lock has been unlocked, leading
to extremely poor performance.
This patch reworks the dsb_sev() function to make use of the dsb()
macro and ensure ordering against the unlock.

the time we write to the sctlr, potentially exposing us to junk/stale
translations cached in the TLB.
This patch reworks the init functions so that the dsb used to ensure
completion of cache/predictor maintenance is also used to ensure
completion of the TLB invalidation.

Commit ad6492b8 added much needed memblock_virt_alloc_low() and further
commit 07bacb3 {memblock, bootmem: restore goal for alloc_low} fixed
the issue with low memory limit thanks to Yinghai. But even after all
these fixes, there is still one case where the limit check done with
ARCH_LOW_ADDRESS_LIMIT for low memory fails. Russell pointed out the
issue with 32 bit LPAE machines in below thread.
https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/1/28/364
Since on some LPAE machines where memory start address is beyond 4GB,
the low memory marker in memblock will be set to default
ARCH_LOW_ADDRESS_LIMIT which is wrong. We can fix this by letting
architectures set the ARCH_LOW_ADDRESS_LIMIT using another export
similar to memblock_set_current_limit() but am not sure whether
its worth the trouble. Tell me if you think otherwise.
Rather am just trying to fix that one broken case using
memblock_virt_alloc() in setup code since the memblock.current_limit
is updated appropriately makes it work on all ARM 32 bit machines.

arch/arm/mach-tegra/pm.c, kernel/power/console.c and mm/vmpressure.c
were somehow getting slab.h indirectly through cgroup.h which in turn
was getting it indirectly through xattr.h. A scheduled cgroup change
drops xattr.h inclusion from cgroup.h and breaks compilation of these
three files. Add explicit slab.h includes to the three files.

no indication about irqs in PSR and only a single ISA. So skip the whole
decoding and just print the xPSR on v7-M.
Also mark two static variables as __maybe_unused to prevent the compiler
from emitting:
arch/arm/kernel/process.c:51:20: warning: 'processor_modes' defined but not used [-Wunused-variable]
arch/arm/kernel/process.c:58:20: warning: 'isa_modes' defined but not used [-Wunused-variable]
Signed-off-by: Uwe Kleine-König <u.kleine-koenig@pengutronix.de>
The definition of isa_mode hardcodes the values to shift PSR_J_BIT and
PSR_T_BIT to move them to bits 1 and 0 respectively. Instead use __ffs to
calculate the shift from the #define already used for masking.
This is relevant on v7-M as there PSR_T_BIT is 0x01000000 instead of
0x00000020 for V7-[AR] and earlier. Because of that isa_mode produced
values >= 0x80000 which are unsuitable to index into isa_modes[4] there
and so made __show_regs read from undefined memory which resulted in
hangs and crashes.
Moreover isa_mode is wrong for v7-M even after this robustness fix as
there is no J-bit in the PSR register. So hardcode isa_mode to "Thumb"
for v7-M.

TI_EDMA fell out of automatically selected options in the multi_v7

we need to re-enable explicitly to not regress some platforms.

"make tegra_defconfig" no longer enables DEBUG_FS in .config.
Rebuild tegra_defconfig on top of next-20140424, while manually
re-enabling DEBUG_FS.
Reasons for removed entries are:
- I2C_MUX: selected by MEDIA_SUBDRV_AUTOSELECT
- DRM_PANEL: selected by DRM_TEGRA
- NEW_LEDS: selected by many things; at least VT
- LEDS_CLASS: selected by many things; at least VT
- LEDS_TRIGGERS: selected by many things; at least VT
- COMMON_CLK_DEBUG: no longer exists

multi_v7_defconfig was missing a large number of options that were in
tegra_defconfig. This patch adds them. The changes fall into the
following categories:
* Enable more Tegra SoC options/drivers.
* Enable more drivers for Tegra boards.
* Enable more options that are useful for running distros.
The patch removes a few lines as well, simply because those options are
now selected by something else, and "make savedefconfig" removes them. I
verified that the options appear in .config after
"make multi_v7_defconfig".

This board was missed when converting all the others to proper
abstracted GPIO handling. Fix it up the right way by requesting
and driving GPIO line 0 high through gpiolib to power off the
machine.

Commit 78d1632183 deleted the
static mappings of the core modules, but this static map is
still needed on the Integrator/CP (not the Integrator/AP).
Restore the static map on the Integrator/CP.

Add the necessary DT nodes to probe the clock controllers on MSM
devices as well as hook up the uart nodes to the clock
controllers. This should allow us to boot to a serial console on
all DT enabled MSM platforms.

Move all OMAP4 PM errata initializations to centralized location in
omap4_pm_init_early. This allows for users to utilize the erratas
in various submodules as needed.

The same workaround as ff999b8a09
"ARM: OMAP4460: Workaround for ROM bug because of CA9 r2pX GIC ..."
need to be applied not only when system is booting, but when MPUSS hits
OSWR state through CPUIdle too. Without this WA the same issue is
reproduced now on boards PandaES and Tablet/Blaze with SOM OMAP4460
when CONFIG_CPU_IDLE is enabled.
After MPUSS has enterred OSWR and waken up:
- GIC distributor became disabled forever
- scheduling is not performed any more
