Due to incorrect clock specified in MDMA0 node, using MDMA0 controller
could cause system failures, due to wrong clock being controlled. This
patch fixes this by specifying correct clock.

Ensure that unused I2C controllers are not activated, causing problems due
to inappropriate pinmuxing or similar, by marking the controllers as
disabled by default and requiring boards to explicitly enable those that
are in use.

Rather than requiring each board to explicitly disable the SPI controllers
it is not using instead require boards to enable those that they are using.
This is less work overall since normally at most one of the controllers is
in use and avoids issues caused by inappropriate pinmuxing.

According to ePAPR chapter 2.2.2 generic node name recommendation,

According to ePAPR, chapter 2.3.4, the status property has
defined that it should be set to "disabled" when "the device
is not presently operational, but it might become operational
in the future".
So this patch disable dwmmc node by "status = disabled" in SOC
dts file and enable dwmmc node by "status = okay" in board specific
dts file.

Exynos5 series SOC's 5250 and 5420 have different versions of
DWMMC controller.So there is a new compatible string to distinguish
between them.So these nodes should be moved out of Exynos5 series

THis is because the Exynos u-boot, for example on the Chromebooks, doesn't set
up the CNTFRQ register as expected by arch_timer. Instead, we have to specify

Rather than requiring each board to explicitly disable the I2S controllers
it is not using instead require boards to enable those that they are using.
This is required for audio operation on Arndale, one of the unused I2S
controllers is pinmuxed with the LDO enable GPIOs for the WM1811A.

These changes from 30 individual branches for the most part update device
tree files, but there are also a few source code changes that have crept
in this time, usually in order to atomically move over a driver from
using hardcoded data to DT probing.
A number of platforms change their DT files to use the C preprocessor,
which is causing a bit of churn, but that is hopefully only this once.
There are a few conflicts with the other branches unfortunately:
* in exynos5440.dtsi and kirkwood-6281.dtsi, device nodes are added
from multiple branches. Need to be careful to have the right
set of closing braces as git gets this one wrong.
* In kirkwood.dtsi, one 'ranges' line got split into two lines, while
another line got added. Order of the lines does not matter.
* in sama5d3.dtsi, some cleanup was merged the wrong way, causing
a bogus conflict. We want the 'dmas' and 'dma-names' properties
to get added here.
* Two lines got removed independently in arch/arm/mach-mxs/mach-mxs.c
* Contents get added independently in arch/arm/mach-omap2/cclock33xx_data.c

This patch renames the combatible strings for hdmi, mixer, ddc
and hdmiphy. It follows the convention of using compatible string

Instead of having to specify the number for CPUs in EXYNOS5250 in

In preparation of adding support for EXYNOS5420, which has many
peripherals similar to EXYNOS5250, a new common EXYNOS5 device tree
source file is created out of the exising EXYNOS5250 device tree
source file. Only the common nodes required for basic boot up on
EXYNOS5420 based boards are moved into this new file and the rest
of the common nodes would be moved subsequently.
EXYNOS5440 SoC is quite different from EXYNOS5250 and EXYNOS5420.
Hence it is not possible to reuse "exynos5.dtsi" for EXYNOS5440.
