Zhang Changzhong eacc43d2c3 net: ethernet: et131x: Remove unused variable 'pm_csr'
Gcc report warning as follows:

drivers/net/ethernet/agere/et131x.c:953:6: warning:
 variable 'pm_csr' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
  953 |  u32 pm_csr;
      |      ^~~~~~
drivers/net/ethernet/agere/et131x.c:1002:6⚠️
 variable 'pm_csr' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
 1002 |  u32 pm_csr;
      |      ^~~~~~
drivers/net/ethernet/agere/et131x.c:3446:8: warning:
 variable 'pm_csr' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
 3446 |    u32 pm_csr;
      |        ^~~~~~

After commit 38df6492eb ("et131x: Add PCIe gigabit ethernet driver
et131x to drivers/net"), 'pm_csr' is never used in these functions,
so removing it to avoid build warning.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
