Even if we do not set AMPDU bit in TXWI, device still can aggregate
frame and send it with rate not corresponding to requested. That mean
we can do not sent probe frames with requested rate. To prevent that
use TXOP_BACKOFF for probe frames.

We use skb_desc->tx_rate_flags from entry as rate[].flags even if
skb does not match status. Patch corrects flags and also fixes
mcs for legacy rates.
rt2800_rate_from_status() is based on Felix's mt76
mt76x2_mac_process_tx_rate() function.

If we do not match skb entry, provide tx status via nomatch procedure.
Currently in that case we do rt2x00lib_txdone_noinfo(TXDONE_NOINFO),
which actually assume that entry->skb was posted without retries and
provide rate saved in skb desc as successful. Patch changed that to
rate read from TX_STAT_FIFO, however still do not provide correct
number of retries.
On SoC/PCI devices we keep providing status via standard txdone
procedure, no change in those devices, though we should thing about it.

The rt2800_drv_data structure contains driver specific
information. Move the declaration into the rt2800lib.h
header which is a more logical place for it. Also fix
the comment style to avoid checkpatch warning.
The patch contains no functional changes, it is in
preparation for the next patch.

Currently, hwsim is reporting survey data (only a fake noise floor)
for the current channel. This breaks when the multi-channel support
is enabled since then there's no current channel.
Make the dummy implementation closer to a real one and only report
data while scanning, for all the scanned channels. At other times,
no survey data might be available (in real hardware) due to power-
save for example.

ieee80211_alloc_hw_nm will validate the requested name (if any) before
creating the new device and may use a name different from the one
requested rather than fail. Make sure the HWSIM_CMD_NEW_RADIO
event/response generated has the final name or userspace will receive
the wrong name. Note that mac80211_hwsim_new_radio may now modify
params.
A check for duplicate radio name could be added separately.

This function contains the HT calculations, which makes no
sense - split that out into a separate function. As a side
effect, this makes the 60G flag independent from HT_MCS so
remove the MCS one from wil6210 (also deleting a duplicate
assignment.)

Set the NL80211_EXT_FEATURE_CQM_RSSI_LIST wiphy extended feature
wholesale in all mac80211-based drivers that do not set the
IEEE80211_VIF_BEACON_FILTER flags on their interfaces. mac80211 will
be processing supplied RSSI values in ieee80211_rx_mgmt_beacon and
will detect when the thresholds set by
ieee80211_set_cqm_rssi_range_config are crossed. Remaining (few)
drivers need code to enable the firmware to monitor the thresholds.
This is mostly only compile-tested.

Board Data File (BDF) is loaded upon driver boot-up procedure. The right
board data file is identified, among others, by device and sybsystem ids.
The problem, however, can occur when the (default) board data file cannot
fulfill with the vendor requirements and it is necessary to use a different
board data file.
To solve the issue QCA uses SMBIOS type 0xF8 to store Board Data File Name
Extension to specify the extension/variant name. The driver will take the
extension suffix into consideration and will load the right (non-default)
board data file if necessary.
If it is unnecessary to use extension board data file, please leave the
SMBIOS field blank and default configuration will be used.
Example:
If a default board data file for a specific board is identified by a string
"bus=pci,vendor=168c,device=003e,subsystem-vendor=1028,
subsystem-device=0310"
then the OEM specific data file, if used, could be identified by variant
suffix:
"bus=pci,vendor=168c,device=003e,subsystem-vendor=1028,
subsystem-device=0310,variant=DE_1AB"
If board data file name extension is set but board-2.bin does not contain
board data file for the variant, the driver will fallback to the default
board data file not to break backward compatibility.
This was first applied in commit f2593cb1b2 ("ath10k: Search SMBIOS for OEM
board file extension") but later reverted in commit 005c3490e9 ("Revert
"ath10k: Search SMBIOS for OEM board file extension"". This patch is now
otherwise the same as commit f2593cb1b2 except the regression fixed.

We are going to split <linux/sched/signal.h> out of <linux/sched.h>, which
will have to be picked up from other headers and a couple of .c files.
Create a trivial placeholder <linux/sched/signal.h> file that just
maps to <linux/sched.h> to make this patch obviously correct and
bisectable.
Include the new header in the files that are going to need it.

Declaring the factor is counter-intuitive, and people are prone
to using small(-ish) values even when that makes no sense.
Change the DECLARE_EWMA() macro to take the fractional precision,
in bits, rather than a factor, and update all users.
While at it, add some more documentation.

Pull IDR rewrite from Matthew Wilcox:
"The most significant part of the following is the patch to rewrite the
IDR & IDA to be clients of the radix tree. But there's much more,
including an enhancement of the IDA to be significantly more space
efficient, an IDR & IDA test suite, some improvements to the IDR API
(and driver changes to take advantage of those improvements), several
improvements to the radix tree test suite and RCU annotations.
The IDR & IDA rewrite had a good spin in linux-next and Andrew's tree
for most of the last cycle. Coupled with the IDR test suite, I feel
pretty confident that any remaining bugs are quite hard to hit. 0-day
did a great job of watching my git tree and pointing out problems; as
it hit them, I added new test-cases to be sure not to be caught the
same way twice"
Willy goes on to expand a bit on the IDR rewrite rationale:
"The radix tree and the IDR use very similar data structures.
Merging the two codebases lets us share the memory allocation pools,
and results in a net deletion of 500 lines of code. It also opens up
the possibility of exposing more of the features of the radix tree to

I did not touch the "N_BYTE_ALIGMENT" macro in
drivers/net/wireless/realtek/rtlwifi/wifi.h to avoid unpredictable
impact.
I fixed "_aligment_handler" in arch/openrisc/kernel/entry.S because
it is surrounded by #if 0 ... #endif. It is surely safe and I
confirmed "_alignment_handler" is correct.
I also fixed the "controler" I found in the same hunk in
arch/openrisc/kernel/head.S.

Unfortunately, the nla policy was defined to have HWSIM_ATTR_RADIO_NAME
as an NLA_STRING, rather than NLA_NUL_STRING, so we can't use it as a
NUL-terminated string in the kernel.
Rather than break the API, kasprintf() the string to a new buffer to
guarantee NUL termination.

Paul reported that this patch with older board-2.bin ath10k initialisation
fails on Dell XPS 13:
ath10k_pci 0000:3a:00.0: failed to fetch board data for bus=pci,vendor=168c,
device=003e,subsystem-vendor=1a56,subsystem-device=1535,variant=RV_0520 from
ath10k/QCA6174/hw3.0/board-2.bin
The reason is that the older board-2.bin does not have the variant version of
the image name and ath10k does not fallback to the older naming scheme.

When CONFIG_KASAN is set, we get a rather large stack here:

If we don't force those functions to be inline, the compiler can figure this
out better itself and not inline the functions when doing so would be harmful,
reducing the stack size to a merge 256 bytes.
Note that there is another problem that manifests in this driver, as a result
of the typecheck() macro causing even larger stack frames.

'irq_wakeup == 0'. Other code (e.g., mwifiex_disable_wake() and
mwifiex_enable_wake()) treats 'irq_wakeup >= 0' as a valid IRQ, and so
we end up calling {enable,disable}_irq() on IRQ 0.
That seems bad, so let's not do that.

with the difference that:
(a) this one is actually a regression and
(b) this affects both device tree and non-device-tree systems
While fixing the regression, also drop the verbosity on the parse
failure, so we don't see this when a DT node is present but doesn't have
an interrupt property (this is perfectly legal):

Instead of using a private copy of struct net_device_stats in
struct orinoco_private, use stats from struct net_device. Also remove
the now unnecessary .ndo_get_stats function.
