Simon Glass 0fcd48fe00 scsi: Move drivers into new drivers/scsi directory
At present we have the SCSI drivers in the drivers/block and common/
directories. It is better to split them out into their own place. Use
drivers/scsi which is what Linux does.

config PHYS_TO_BUS
bool "Custom physical to bus address mapping"
help
Some SoCs use a different address map for CPU physical addresses and
peripheral DMA master accesses. If yours does, select this option in
your platform's Kconfig, and implement the appropriate mapping
functions in your platform's support code.
