Hans de Goede 19d95d5729 usb: ohci: Move the ohci_dev struct to inside the main ohci struct ... This is a preparation patch for adding driver-model support. Note we do keep ohci_dev as a separate struct so that we can later add support for interrupt-queues which requires allocating a separate ohci_dev per interrupt-queue.
