Peter Tyser	2fb2604d5c	Command usage cleanup ... Remove command name from all command "usage" fields and update common/command.c to display "name - usage" instead of just "usage". Kumar Gala	d058698fd2	Add setexpr command ... Add a simple expr style command that will set an env variable as the result of the command. This allows us to do simple math in shell.
