In case a customer wants to set fdtfile currently preboot overrides it
always with preboot just before the bootdelay. Use test -n to check
if fdtfile is already set and only set it if nothing got touched manually

Currently the config options CONFIG_SYS_DFU_DATA_BUF_SIZE and
CONFIG_SYS_DFU_MAX_FILE_SIZE are being set in include/configs/<board>.h
files and also in <board_name>_defconfig files without a Kconfig option. It
is easier for users to set these configs in defconfig files than in config
header files as they are a part of the source code.
Add Kconfig symbols, and update the defconfigs by using tools/moveconfig.py
script.

TFTP transfer size can be used to re-size the TFTP progress bar on
single line based on the server reported file size. The support for
this has been around from 2019, but it was never converted to proper
Kconfig.
While adding this new Kconfig, enable it by default for OMAP2+ and K3
devices also.

Enable and set preboot var with fdtfile evaluation.
preboot will be checked and run immediately before starting the
CONFIG_BOOTDELAY countdown and/or running the auto-boot command resp.
entering interactive mode.
This provides possibility to use different boot cmds in interactive mode
without manual setting fdtfile value, as it it's already evaluated
before entering interactive mode.

We have a number of platforms that are a combination of a carrier board
and System-on-Module (SoM) that in turn allows for the board to have
different SoCs on it. In some cases, this is handled via board-specific
Kconfig options. In other cases we make use of
CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS. This latter case however can lead to invalid
configurations as we will not in turn get options that in Kconfig are
selected by or depend on that setting.
To resolve this, make the SoC option a choice in Kconfig and make boards
depend on what they can support. This change opens us up for further
clean-ups in the cases where a single CONFIG_TARGET_xxx can support
different SoCs and today they do not, or do not cleanly do so.

This introduces automatic boot counter that increases after every
reset.After a power-on reset, it will be initialized with 1,
and each reboot will increment the value by 1. By default it's
disabled if bootlimit isn't set.
To enable this feature you have set bootcount limit ("bootlimit"),
alternate boot action ("altbootcmd") that will be performed if
the new value of bootcount exceeds the value of bootlimit, and
"upgrade_available" to let U-Boot automatically increase and save
the counter value after every reset:
> setenv bootlimit 5
> setenv upgrade_available 1
> setenv altbootcmd "bootm ..."
In case the bootlimit exceeds, the message will be shown and
albootcmd executed:
Warning: Bootlimit (5) exceeded. Using altbootcmd.
To reset bootcount run:
> bootcount reset

This partially reverts changes by commit 2cc393f32f
("video: make BPP and ANSI configs optional") since it
caused issues with other boards (missing LCD console
output on pinebook, x86 platform or sandbox). Enable
all disabled options again and opt out of not supported
color depth in board defconfigs.

Many boards do not use all selected framebuffer depth
configurations, for such boards there is some unused
code in video and console uclass routines. Make depth
specific code optional to avoid dead code and slightly
reduce binary size. Also make ANSI code optional for
the same reason. When i.e. using only VIDEO_BPP16 the
code size shrinks (below values when using gcc-7.3.0):

Both symbols must be enabled when there is a raw NAND driver
selected. Also enable them when CONFIG_CMD_NAND is selected to avoid
breaking things when we'll further rework the MTD dependency
description.
