ee8f0cb3b0 ARM: rmobile: Add support R8A7795 
Renesas R8A7795 is CPU with Cortex-a57.
This supports the basic register definition and GPIO and
framework of PFC.

d764c5043d sh: Add support pin function control using GPIO 
Renesas SH and R-Mobile set up device using PFC.
This provide the framework. Most codes were brought from linux kernel.
