Tom Rini	b340199f82	spl: Ensure all SPL symbols in Kconfig have some SPL dependency ... Tighten up symbol dependencies in a number of places. Ensure that a SPL specific option has at least a direct dependency on SPL. In places where it's clear that we depend on something more specific, use that dependency instead. Simon Glass	deb9599915	fs: Kconfig: Add a separate config for FS_CBFS ... Rather than using CMD_CBFS for both the filesystem and its command, we should have a separate option for each. This allows us to enable CBFS support without the command, if desired, which reduces U-Boot's size slightly.
