sandbox: Finish migration to Kconfig

Browse Source 
Stop using CONFIG_SANDBOX_ARCH and use CONFIG_SANDBOX instead. For the
SPI related defines, set them directly in Kconfig. This now empties
arch/sandbox/include/asm/config.h.
