malta: remove cache size definitions
These will now be detected at runtime, allowing a single U-boot configuration to function correctly with different bitstreams. Without this you may need to re-configure, re-build and re-flash U-boot to your Malta if you flash a new bitstream with a different cache configuration to your old bitstream.
