mvtwsi: convert to CONFIG_SYS_I2C framework
Note this has only been tested on Allwinner sunxi devices (support for which gets introduced by a later patch). The kirkwood changes have been compile tested using the wireless_space board config, the orion5x changes have been compile tested using the edminiv2 board config.
