mx7ulp: Remove the _RUN notation from the PMC1 LDOVL definitions

Browse Source 
The LDOVL definitions is common to all the modes, not only RUN mode,
so in order to avoid confusion, remove the _RUN notation from the PMC1
LDOVL definitions.
