Alexey Khoroshilov f814bfd765 net: mvmdio: do not clk_disable_unprepare() NULL clock
There is no need to clk_disable_unprepare(dev->clk)
before it was initialized.

Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).
