mainlining shenanigans

By default, the "panic" kernel parameter is zero, which causes the kernel to loop indefinitely after a panic(). The rcutorture scripting will eventually kill the corresponding qemu process, but only after waiting for the full run duration plus a few minutes. This works, but delays notifying the developer of the failure. This commit therefore causes the rcutorture scripting to pass the "panic=-1" kernel parameter, which caused the kernel to instead unceremoniously shut down immediately. This in turn causes qemu to terminate, so that if all of the runs in a given batch panic(), the rcutorture scripting can immediately proceed to the next batch. Signed-off-by: Paul E. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
