This patch sets appropriate scaler mode for NV12 format. For Gen10+, the scaler mode to be set it planar or normal (single bit). These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
