Paul Mundt e5a4c65bef sh: Fix up SH-4A part probe. ... The SH-4A series probe we were relying on doesn't work any more on the newer parts, bump this up to use CVR.CHIP instead so we have consistent behaviour across all of the parts, which is what this should have been testing in the first place.
