Pull NVMe fixes for this series from Keith: "A few late fixes for 4.16: * Reverting sysfs slave device links for native nvme multipathing. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
