Bart Van Assche dd3bec8655 IB/srpt: Inline srpt_get_cmd_state() ... It is not necessary to obtain ioctx->spinlock when reading the ioctx state. Since after removal of this locking only a single line remains, inline the srpt_get_cmd_state() function.
