Mauro Carvalho Chehab cf81dfa479 kconfig: qconf: cleanup includes 
The usage of c-like include is deprecated on modern Qt
versions. Use the c++ style includes.

While here, remove uneeded and redundant ones, sorting
them on alphabetic order.
